In the evenings there will be campfires and a new moon ceremony under the starlit sky accompanied by journaling exercises offering an opportunity for inner reflection. Of course, there is also enough free time to relax in the sun and socialize with others.

We start the days with a fresh juice, meditatin or breathing excersizes followed by an easy hike through the forest. We look into what happens in the body when we fast during the fasting lecture. Saturday is our second fasting day where we have a detox workshop and a fire ceremony with journaling. Sunday is the third day fasting and we go into how to best reintroduce food after the fast.
