I was born and raised in Berlin, Germany with a Turkish dad and a German mom. Living in a country with an immigration background, I learned to find my own balance between two very different cultures. At 16, I spent a year in the US with a government scholarship which opened up my mind to another culture (or actually so many cultures as the US is a true melting pot of immigrants). Back in Germany, I did my Bachelor's in International Business Management and spent one semester in New York and one semester in Paris. I worked for three years in advertising and then moved to New York City, where I did my Master's with a Fulbright Scholarship at NYU in Digital Marketing and Marketing Analytics which has provided me with a strong understanding of the pressure and life a corporate job requires. Now you may ask, when did the shift happen away from corporate life? It´s coming..
After working another two years as a Performance Marketing Manager, I started not feeling myself, we may call it depression or burnout but whatever it was I was not in a great place. I knew something had to change. I started reading one after another “self-help” book and got curious about the correlation between mental health and the digestive system as I struggled with bloating and other digestive problems. All this led me to do deep self-work with an 18-month holistic health and life coaching program where I learned about the connection between lifestyle and physical diseases and mental health issues. I got deep into nutrition and learned about the psyche, psychedelics, trauma, psychosomatics, and the role interpersonal dynamics play in all areas of life.
I uncovered my own attachment styles, coping mechanisms, and behavioral patterns. Going into my core beliefs that were formed as a child, I was able to find more balance and inner peace. I started fasting regularly and quite intensely to heal my digestive issues but fasting gave me even more than that. It brought me massive mental clarity of what life I wanted to live and I ended up quitting my corporate job and getting out of my long-term relationship. Since then I discovered my passion for supporting others on their journey through coaching and fasting practices. I got my Fasting Guide Certification, as well as my Colon and Detox Specialist Certification, to further my knowledge in understanding the connection between the mind and the digestive system.
To detox my body, I like to move my body with yoga, barre, dance, and experiment with food and cooking. To detox my mind I like to meditate, sit in silence, and free-flow journal to increase my awareness of my current thoughts, and beliefs. To detox my soul I reconnect to nature, hiking in the forest, making campfires, and observing the moon in all its phases. I love to be in the community, sit in ceremonial settings, and follow spiritual practices.

My journey in holistic (mental) health has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of how childhood and family dynamics shape our core beliefs that in return highly impact our behavioral patterns in adulthood. I am fascinated by the human body as well as our mind how the mind functions and how it can dictate our behaviors. I'm dedicated to making a positive impact in the world by helping individuals find their own balance and inner peace as I believe only if we as individuals create a better place for ourselves only then can we create a better place on the collective level. I believe in collaboration and continuous learning and improvement, so I continuously work on myself and get further training. My approach is very personalized as each individual is different but my overall motto is: it's not about perfection, but about awareness and balance. My approach is not just a set of strategies but a reflection of my deep dedication to the well-being of my clients and the communities I serve.
